Our solar tracker is a device thanks to which photovoltaic systems and thermal collectors follow the actual, strongest intensity of solar radiation at a given moment, and not, as is the case with GPS tracking, its predicted intensity.

Description

The solar tracker uses our innovative differential system, so even in heavy cloud cover it is able to find the optimal position.

Flat liquid collectors can also be successfully mounted on the tracker.

The tracking system is very energy-efficient, energy consumption does not exceed 3kW/h per year. A certain innovation isfollowing the Sun in two planes(our own design of the electronics system), this is done in a wide range of angles. The angle of rotation in the east-west azimuth is 280°, while in the north-south direction up to 80°. The executive elements are always one gear motor and an electric actuator with a power of 50 W each. They can be powered by direct current from a battery with a nominal voltage of 24 V or from a stabilized power supply (also a separate design option, but additionally dependent on the fee)

Special bearings ensure smooth operation of the system and very long use.

During the night, the tracker sets itself in the east position, waiting for the Sun to appear.The control electronics are mounted in a hermetic plastic housing, resistant to adverse weather conditions. The steel structure of the tracker is designed to withstand strong gusts of wind, and is also very easy toassemble and disassemble. The structure can be disassembled into parts, making it easy to transport.
